This video is a clip from a BBC Documentary called "BBC History of World War II: Hiroshima (2005)". I edited the YouTube title as you will doubtless note.

2. And still, some how, people still feel this was justified
The United States remains the one and only country to have ever used nuclear weapons of mass destruction. And we used them twice, not just once.

5. Many "progressive" Democrats, too
Look at many of the Hiroshima memorial threads that were posted yesterday, and see how many DU people feel that the nuclear holocaust we created and used -- twice -- was entirely and thoroughly justified.

7. That evil is still here.
Mankind will continue to research ways to commit global suicide. It is puzzling to me why it is in the global nature to kill each other. When you say 'peace' to some people they laugh at you and call you wimp. When you demonstrate you are willing to die for peace and will turn the other cheek, as one religious figure said to do, you are called a coward. Maybe Satan is the metaphorical evil that dwells within us all. :dem: :dem:
