1. Does anyone but me think that this Goldman Suit by the SEC
is a little fishy? Before you answer research it a little. I believe this suit was arranged.

2. Moody's suit is responsible for rating the banks products. These suites rated

3. It does seem very focused, very small. And it is only a civil suit at this point.
There was so much fraud. Why only the one suit? That's my thought. Also, the SEC seems to have started at the top of the pyramid of the conspiracy to commit fraud. That is not how these things usually work. There may have been a lot of bargaining and this one suit is all that came out of the negotiations. On the other hand, they may just be beginning a huge amount of litigation and not have enough legal manpower (or womanpower) to take on more cases at this time.

5. Or maybe the suit was arranged to give the appearance of
cracking down on troublesome banks. I'll be suspicious until other banks are brought into question.
