Third of three videos from my Cashin In appearance this morning on Fox News. Al Gore has become involved with a children's website that promotes responsible energy conservation. Is he brainwashing the children or is this a good way to help the US wean itself off of dependency on foreign oil. I debate this with the rest of the Cashin In crew.

A 5 minute personal attack of Al Gore (who I happen to like BTW) and a bunch of decades to years old talking points yelled out over laughter at Al. What was that? High School gym class?

I love how they're all worried about money. What good is money when you're dead because of famine and disease because all the crops died in a drought.... or a flood....?

Going after the grand-kids? What kind of world does Fox News want to leave them, exactly?


Climate change is a fact. We are contributing. Period.

9. That was a really unfortunate part of this particular segment

I would like to have defended Al against some of that because it was gratuitous but then Jonas did some of that defense for me. And the reality is, in a split second, I have to decide what to do with the 15-30 seconds or so I am going to be given to speak. Do I defend Al Gore, or do I defend the concept being discussed from a Democratic/Progressive standpoint. That was exactly the decision going through my mind as the baton was tossed to me in this segment and unfortunately for Al Gore, he lost out.

I've never made a buck on politics to this date as a matter of fact. I have other careers that pay the bills. :-)

You have a good point on the difficulties involved though and how one could easily get angry and lose their heads concerning some of what is being said. I really just try to keep my mind focused on what I am trying to do there and that is to be as effective an advocate as possible for my side.

Good job. I've been watching this show for years and they seem to be getting more radicalized every year! I wonder if they get talking points from Luntz before the show? That Jonathan Hoenig is a fascist Libertarian PUNK who ALWAYS says that the environmentalists are so anti-human. Somebody needs to ask him how he likes the clean air and water the environmentalists have given him and the rest of America.

19. I have two sons studying to go into the environmental field.

Whenever there is a discussion on what they are working towards with their remaining living grandparents (my parents are deceased), their grandpa Benton always goes into an attack on Al Gore. Since our family doesn't watch Fox News, but their grandpa does, I see where he gets his venom and "talking points". Thanks for posting and thanks for your efforts in staying on target through the noise.

I don't watch Faux News and now I see why. I could only handle about 15 seconds of these clowns before I couldn't stomach anymore. How much more sneering, giggling, totally ignorant crap can they spew and still say absolutely nothing of any consequence.
