2. Lots of garbage in that video |

I don't like the views of Repukes as well but the majority of them are good people. It's just that their views are misguided. I've come to realize that both sides need to compromise instead of pointing fingers or nothing will ever get done.

3. You know, there was a day when I agreed with you. That day has passed. |

With only slight exception, anyone who identifies with the Republican party at this point in the game is either dangerously stupid, or just dangerous.

Democrats do and way too much at that. Its how we quit being a leader in the world and became a rogue. It's how we lost our Bill of Rights (the real ones, not the imaginings of the tea party crowd). It's how we ended up with the financial crisis (Gramm-Bliley-Leech) and signed into law by Bill Clinton. It's why we'll never get a health care delivery system that puts the citizen first (such as single payer). The list goes on. But most of all, crimes occurred that were never addressed and that is something that I will never forgive even while Americans stay blissfully unaware in our closed and apparently uneducated society.

That what happen in New Jersey and Virgina when they elected Republicans for their governors the first thing they did once they took over was cut social programs that their middle class and working poor citizens depended on while giving their richest citizens within those states tax cuts. That what we face here in Michigan hopefully Virg Bernaro wins the primary because we need a fired up Democratic base here or we're going to be stuck with another Republican governor that's going to cut social programs further while giving the richest Michiganders that live in Bloomfield Hills a tax cut.
I don't understand this mindset some people have we gave a Democratic president 15 months to clean up a mess that took eight years of Republican mismanagement to make now let's elect Republicans.. That's like saying damn this fire isn't going out fast enough, I know let's pour gasoline on it.
While I think Republicans aren't going to make much hay in the 2010 elections but still the one thing that should be on people's mind after witnessing what the Republicans did in 2009 and the start of 2010 is this we should have fewer less Republicans in Washington D.C.
