There's up to a half million in Arizona wintertime; a lot of them are Indian and Asian by ancestry, a few Canadian native indians, too. Definitely ripe for good ole American racial harassment.

I assume the "border" that is being secured now includes the entire state border including the shared parts with New Mexico, Utah, California and Nevada.
