1. "It looks like there's more Republicans"

The sleight of hand promoted by the RNC and the media. I bet over 80% of Americans are rational and yet if you watch the news you'd think half the country are teabaggers.

GOP vs ACORN — except that ACORN didn't break any laws or commit fraud.

2. The real reason they do this is to foil Get Out the Vote campaigns.

When you walk a precinct to GOTV for Democrats, you knock on the doors of people registered as Democrats. The people who are registered as Republicans will get Republican literature and will be visited by Republican GOTVers if Republican GOTVers exist.

That's the real reason the Republicans do this.
