WingWatchdotorg — May 01, 2010 — Speakers at the 2010 May Day prayer rally at the Lincoln Memorial pray for the entertainment industry, as Ted Baehr repents for the movie "The Runaways," Janet Porter prays for control over the media, and others repent for Los Angeles and the porn industry and Minnesota repents for sending the first Muslim to Congress. And then God shows up.

4. It Is Not
I do not think people takes that group seriously. It is their failure to oppose Bush war machine and look inward to their own sins that make their message look ridicously.

The main issue why they need to propgate the "gospel" is because human beings have a depraved nature and need God to reedem them. It is that simple. I have hard time in believing the message that the earth is 6000 years old and we had a global flood. They deny the theory of evolution and man is the center of the universe. For me, that is not even feasible

7. They are in good company with their despair over the rampant immorality of our modern entertainment

"The national government will maintain and defend the foundations on which the power of our nation rests. It will offer strong protection to Christianity as the very basis of our collective morality. Today Christians stand at the head of our country. We want to fill our culture again with the Christian spirit. We want to burn out all the recent immoral developments in literature, in the theatre, and in the press-- in short, we want to burn out the poison of immorality which has entered into our whole life and culture as a result of liberal excess during the past years."

“The National Government will regard it as its first and foremost duty to revive in the nation the spirit of unity and cooperation. It will preserve and defend those basic principles on which our nation has been built. It regards Christianity as the foundation of our national morality, and the family as the basis of national life.”

Excellent points...let me see if I can remember whose words these are....oh yeah, Adolph Hitler
I's sure those folks would be awful proud to know they're in such fine company. ( except that now I'm confused; I though Obama was a socialist muslin nazi...)

9. I don't know about the rest of you,
but I heard hate speech couched in the rhetoric of Christianity.
Notice the guy standing beside everyone to hustle them off if they venture from their script. And the script my heavens a prayer from a script, that is called a speech...
