1. Several thoughts;
Keeping in mind the president's words yesterday on trying to keep a middle road, Dylan is that.

However, when Dylan said that 'everybody' knows about the secret bank money I had to laugh. There are people who can't wipe themselves correctly (sorry for that visual).

Dylan will probably get lambasted here. However, he will probably get lambasted at our evil twin site also.

Just saying.

I was waiting throughout the video when is he starting to paint the walls with poop. You can trust a defense contractor who cheered on during Bush's 8 years and wars to put out the honest truth 100% of the time ... and I have a bridge to sell you too ;)

Right now taxpayer DID NOT PROVIDE anyone $23TRILLION "free money"!!! That's a lie and Ratigan knows it.

"These estimates of potential exposures do not provide a useful framework for evaluating the potential cost of these programs,” Williams said. “This estimate includes programs at their hypothetical maximum size, and it was never likely that the programs would be maxed out at the same time."
............
"The Treasury has spent $441 billion of TARP funds so far and has allocated $202.1 billion more for other spending, according to Barofsky. In the nine months since Congress authorized TARP, Treasury has created 12 programs involving funds that may reach almost $3 trillion, he said. "

Fact is TRAP is a program that banks can take advantage of for now and if they do to the full extent of their obligations the fees and penalties are such that they would not only face heftier and heftier fees but they would lose their independence and their board would be fired.

The TRAP inspector general was talking about $23 trillion IF all the banks took advantage of TARP at the fullest extent they can. That is not going to happen. In fact the penalties for TRAP in terms of independence is so steep most of them are already out of the program.

5. You need to read a bit more
The 23 trillion is money the Fed is printing.

It has nothing to do with TARP.

It isn't 23 trillion dollars of TARP.

But with that money flooding the system--creating debt--guess who pays?

This is the Fed basically doing what it wants. You still pay.

But good luck in your happy little world.

6. You need to stop projecting because you sound like a teabagger
If I need to read anything why don't you quote and link to what you think I need to read?! Oh I know: because you are making shit up. As the bloomberg article I quotedhttp://www.bloomberg.com/apps/news?pid=20601087&sid=aY0tX8UysIaM"> ("U.S. Rescue May Reach $23.7 Trillion, Barofsky Says" July 20, 2009) says the $23 trillion are not actual dollars the taxpayer is paying to anyone, but rather it's the ESTIMATED RISK taxpayers originally took when they bailed out those banks and it's equal to the estimated amount of money Uncle Sam was on the hook for if all of the banks in the program failed. This was over a year ago. Today most of the banks left the program and paid back the money. If you know better info I would love to learn, I as opposed to you am a liberal and being open minded to facts goes with the territory.

"Of the $700 billion in TARP funding authorized by Congress in October 2008, the Treasury has planned for $545.1 billion in investments, committed $489.8 billion and disbursed $380.3 billion as of March 31. Institutions had repaid $180.8 billion. "
