Cal Cunningham, a democratic candidate for U.S. Senate in North Carolina speaks on why it's time to end DADT. Cunningham was awarded the Bronze Star and the MacArthur Leadership Award for his service in Iraq.

He's been endorsed by Vote Vets and General Wesley Clark.

North Carolina has a sizable military population, and it' altogether conceivable that Cunningham could become a strong voice on military matters in the U.S. Senate.
