1. The answer may be two queues

One for those with their poll number slips which can be verified in seconds and another for those who couldn't be bothered to take that info where each may have to be verified on the electoral register which certainly don't take seconds. I feel sorry for the former group who suffered as a result of the latter group. If a change is made I have feeling it may become - no slip no vote.

2. Clegg's just said he's going to talk to the Tories 1st

I don't think he'll want to do anything with them if Cameron doesn't accept his PR demands. Could be an act of good gamesmanship, go to the Tories 1st knowing that it'll fail but he can say that at least he tried before getting into bed with Brown.
