funny how much I hear from these racist and how they try to claim they aren't the more I remember the same claims as Jim Crow fell out of favor. Sad part is the younger ones will teach their children this generalized hate and when the children get older hopefully like many of us did in Jim Crow, will make a point to not be like them and be ashamed of them for their stupidity.

Thats the problem, they HAVE read the law, and it is wrong. I keep hearing read the law from all the local 1070 supporters. It HAS been read by most anti-1070 people.

4. Sheriff Joe had better comply

with the court request. Or as the beginning of the report says he could get a Warrant his own damn self.

(I do hope so) In normal places Sheriffs getting a subpoena is NOT a light nor harassment thing as Joe seems to think.

It is SERIOUS BUSINESS defying court orders. Ol'Joe seems to think he is above the law.
