1. Then let's make a list and vote every single one out of Congress? |
|
Wash. Rinse. Repeat. Until we get congress-critters who support the average working American?

3. If the elite ever feared that was a real possibility, they'd drop this "democracy" facade in no time |

Weren't the republicans complaining earlier that the bill was "tough" enough, and that it didn't do enough go after the to big to fail bunch? Did they get enough money since then to change their minds, or was it all a bunch of BS from he beginning? I am willing to go with the it was all BS from the start, of course maybe saying that earlier got them a lot more money from the "to big to fail" bunch!
I am with those who think we need to vote the all out of office!

5. Some people thought the bill was bad and ineffective policy |

Krugman specifically said it wouldn't solve the problem.

is not bad enough. This is the same old story. They play stupid then do what they want. But we know what the banks did to the nation.
Anyone that voted this way is now my political enemy, no excuses. I have the list, I will not forget.
Do not send these assholes campaign donations! As if they won't get enough from the mega-banks (directly from tax payer pockets). What a country!

10. This "punished for being successful" Is the standard Republican response- |
|
-every time the rich have some reduction in their already obscenely over-generous lot. Too bad for Andrew Carnegie and JD Rockefeller and JP Morgan they didn't come up with it 100 years earlier.
And how many of the zillionaires make most of their money by ripping off the taxpayers through government contracts, anyway?
