Jimmy is consistantly laugh out loud funny, he deserves way higher ratings.

How in the world did Bush get it in utero?

5. On a serious note
My best friend ended up with encephalitis from undiagnosed lyme's disease. He is a painter and had a seizure while on a ladder. He ended up in the hospital for over a month, and was in a coma for a few days. Now he is recovering, but slowly, and will not be able to drive or work for over a year. It will be years before the true extent of his brain damage is known.

I'd recommend making a Lyme test standard procedure for any blood work you may have done as part of a yearly checkup (if you are lucky enough to be able to have this kind of coverage). Although he did have some symptoms, they were mild all the way up to the almost life ending episode with encephalitis.

16. Tests are unreliable
I have Lyme disease. It took me 18 years to get the proper diagnosis. the blood tests are very inaccurate. A negative result does not mean that you do not have lyme disease. Insurance companies do not cover most of the treatments for chronic lyme because they are not approved by the AMA. Lyme can only be cured if caught early. I recommend that your friend sees a Lyme Literate Doctor (LLD) because most doctors don't know how to properly treat this illness. It's an awful disease that I wish on no one with the exception of Bush, Cheney and Rove!!!

7. In all honesty, I can't laugh...
If the man DOES have a disease causing all his fuckups - and hey, he very well might, there's all sorts of them out there - then I've got nothing but pity for the guy and an honest hope for his health.

Doesn't mean I want him in charge of so much as a hot dog stand. But if he's sick, that does call for sympathy.

8. Oh, there's never been doubt that he's ill, whether physically, mentally or emotionally.
He is probably the least capable person in this country to be president...his poor health is one of many reasons.

9. I reckon that makes you a better person than me.

Because in all honesty, I can find no sympathy for the man; no pity whatsoever.

Not after what he has done to, literally, uncounted thousands of innocents.

None.

14. Nah, not a better person...
I'd just have sympathy for his condition.

The rest is still a hangin' offense according to the US codes of law.

12. What I don't understand...
is if he had this disease for a year then why was he acting the same as he is now for the last 6 years? Could it be that this is just another "story" to explain his drinking?
