Research and you'll find TONS of evidence that Bush/Cheney planned to invade Iraq PRIOR to coming into office in 2000 if they could find a reason for doing so. Why? 1) To avenge Bush #1. 2) To secure and control Iraq's oil reserves. 3) To carry out the Neo-Con ideology of making history and a legacy for themselves by setting up a
quasi-democracy in the Middle East which they think would domino across the region (and then they could really cash in on the oil). VERY FOOLISH AND ILL-CONCEIVED!!
