May 25, 2010 - America Live with Megyn Kelly mischaracterized the Create Jobs & Save Benefits Act of 2010. The very same morning, Fox & Friends did the same thing. Rep. Steve LaTourette (R-OH) called Megyn Kelly on it on the House floor.

Thanks to Think Progress for the FOX footage. FOX News featured other topics from Megyn on their YouTube channel (same day), but they didn't have this segment on their channel... also missing from the video portion of their website. Not surprising, since it was total bullshit.
