The only fault I had was the whole "Hispanic-looking man" line, which prompted me to wonder what a Hispanic looking man looks like. However she was in the right over everything else and her staff is ridiculously incompetent. She's angry with reason. Based on the changed shirts this sort of incompetence is routine and it bugs her. Nothing wrong with that.
