The Israelis are treating them like criminals.

2. "Demonstrators arrive"? No, I believe the correct term is "hostages".
These people were kidnapped in international waters.

5. Absolutely! And if they want to be released they have to sign
papers stating they entered Israel illegally or face charges and go to trial. Israel is as evil as the US when it comes to terrorizing those who are doing things they don't like.

8. One person is called an escort; two holding your arms to your sides are called guards.
And just when did these humanitarian activists become "demonstrators"? Isn't it a bit difficult to "demonstrate" on the high seas?

9. "Very interesting. Being escorted by Israeli military."
I guess that's what happens when you refuse to go to the port in the first place and attempt to break a blockade.

12. People who would rather make a political point then see the aid delivered.
What a concept.

14. A political point? The blockade, illegal. Boarding that vessel in international waters, illegal.
Thank God for these people that put themselves at such risk to relieve Gaza. Gaza, who has been collectively punished with hunger and thirst.

It has to end and it will end because of people like these, some of whom gave their own lives defending a helpless people.

15. I think Gazans would rather have the supplies.
Then having the crew members giving interviews about how brave and selfless they were.

It's too bad they wouldn't take the supplies through Egypt or the ports.

Maybe these people can also focus on other ways to end the blockade, like getting the constant attacks against Israel to stop.

16. And this won't end the blockade? Ever heard of direct action?
It's often engaged in when two opposing forces are asymmetric.

Oh, and that business of "making points"? It's also a useful tool for change.

13. The Israelis wouldn't be blockading Gaza if it weren't for the, you know, constant attacks.
You know, Gaza, the place ruled by murderous thugs.
