3. She talks about "a new market" for health insurance.

But it is not imperative for people to participate in markets.
If the prices are too high, if health care remains prohibitive, it doesn't matter if the marketplace is new.
People will not participate if they cannot afford it.
The idea of being part of a captive market . . . you must buy or else, is offputting to me.
This is a mall?
It could be just as easily be a prison!
