1. My leg's gone...
And unless others continue to loose limbs too, my loss is a waste. I appreciate the service, but this mentality is sick.

2. he was SO LAME, so foolish, and with the
first, mild and appropriate question : How many iraqis attacked us on 9/11? his response was "that is so 2002, and that's so long ago."
as if that answered the question.
what an ass. I wonder how many millions he is being paid to prostitute himself even further.

14. It begs the question....
If the debate about Iraq and 9/11 is so 2002 then why is 9/11 depicted in the ad in the first place?

3. Ari picked up his gun...
... talk is cheap Ari, pick up the gun and fight them terrah-ist.

"That is so 2002" What the f*ck of an answer is that, and why do they always let these arseholes frame the debate like that and go unchallenged? And the comparison of going after Germany during WWII akin to attacking Iraq was also so wrong, yet they let them get away with this shite.

7. Such a shill....
"we don't want to talk about that...that's so 2002-ish" What an asshole. We DO want to talk about it. It's the reason we are there. This neo-fascist regime steamrolled us into it, and now they don't want to take any responsibility for it. Just "full steam ahead" with somebody else's blood. Such a piece of shit. I'd spit on his grave if I ever get the chance.

8. WOW
to spend $15 million dollars campaigning to continue war ....

these people must stand to lose a helluva lot more than $15 million dollars if we were to pull out of Iraq.

It's also still so crazy that they want people to believe that Iraq attacked us on 9/11.

19. do I smell scaife money at work once again?
There is no information on their Colbert rip off website - http://www.freedomswatch.org/default.aspx - the whole layout made me laugh. Colbert has stolen their flag waving, eagle watching, RW&B draping BS and made it comical.

10. My Take On This Ad
I feel the same way about this ad as I did when other people started putting out the same line. If these people like Fleischer want the war to continue than they need to walk on down to the recuriting station and join some branch of the military.

For some reason noone could get Fleischer to join the military before Iraq. I would like to know where Jenna and Barbara Bush are at this point. Where is George P. Bush and the rest of the Bush clan? Why are there still so many Young Republicans on college campuses? If these people want to keep the war going they should stand up and fight.

11. Why are there still so many Young Republicans on college campuses?
Because like, if they like, learn to be like better speakers and stuff.. they can like help the world be a better place in like other ways and stuff.

16. Communists Too
When I saw you reply I thought you were going to talk about what seems to be the favorite excuse of the Young Republicans. The fact that they have to stay at their schools so that the schools do not become overrun with communists. This morning I was thinking that Democrats should start to ask the Young Republicans if they thought the military was full of communists. Can't they join the military and still fight against the communists?

13. i love the WW2 reference
lol
just because japan attacked us didnt meant we shouldnt have invaded germany...

WTF?!

germany declared war on us im pretty sure ;)
i musta forgot that iraq did the same ;)

i just LOVE their lack of history and their arrogance to think they can just re-write it whenever they want.

i will admit tho .. the pick lies and they stick to them.

17. Sort of
He fills in for Chris Matthews on MSNBC fairly often.

He is a bit of an idiot. Like many others he carried water for Bush during the run up to the war.

20. I bet the people in the ads were paid.
It wouldn't surprise me. I'm sure you can find a disabled Iraq vet somewhere who will say whatever you want, but it would be easier if they got paid.

21. Keeps saying our troops are...he doesn't have a clue about what our troops are wanting.
He refuses to look at the polls or thinks that because this is what he thinks then the troops must think this also. The ads begin with saying Iraq attacked us...more lies. For every soldier they pay to prostitute their loss in support of this war (it's really an occupation...he can't even get that right), there is another soldier saying we need to end this occupation.
Ari Fleischer sold lie after lie on Iraq and was always proven wrong. His so called grass roots organization's board are all millionaires. He wants to keep the war going because it means big profits to the war profiteers. There is no level too low for these corporate lackeys to sink to. Feel sorry for those in the ads who can't see how they've been sold the freedom ideology while behind their backs they have been used and manipulated to support a war profit machine who couldn't give a damn about them (as witnessed by the Walter Reed fiasco) Of course he doesn't want to say I lost my leg for nothing, or my friends died for nothing. No one could ever admit that no matter how true. It would be like saying the pentagon arranged 9/11 and caused the death of all those people. Even if it were true no one could admit to that.
Terrorists don't say look at what we did to them...they say look at what we made them do to themselves. All of Ari's conclusions about Iraq are wrong. He equates withdrawal with surrender, people who disagree with him, terrorists, and a one legged soldier with a million dead innocent Iraqis who sacrificed all because they were forced to by our invasion and occupation. Let his kids look at their dead bodies, or Iraq's infrastructure, with no electricity or drinkable water. Maybe they could find dad's missing leg there underneath the rubble of an innocent dead family's once beautiful home. That's the kind of dramatic imagery Fleischer's ads are spewing. Pure propaganda under the guise of fighting for freedom. Just pathetic
