Elena Kagan has been sworn in as the 112th justice and fourth woman ever to serve on the Supreme Court. She'll be formally installed at the start of the court's new term in October.

6. Why Are The Justices Contravening Their Oat Of Office?

"...do equal right to the poor and the rich...". It hardly be said that the right-wing nuts in the Supreme Court think that this portion of the oat is relevant and does not factor into the way they look at issues before the court.
