That's what I would like to know. What is their reasoning? Do they want Iran to build nuclear weapons? Do they have some reason to believe that Iran won't? Haven't they made some sort of deal with Iran that it won't make nuclear weapons if it gets this nuclear material? What's the real story? Bolton is not the story somehow. He is just a loudmouth. What is Russia's explanation for sending the nuclear material to Iran. I cannot imagine that Russia wants Islamist extremists so close to its border to have nuclear capacity.

What I heard was that Russian is giving them 2% or 3% enriched uranium. You need 20% for medical purposes and 90% for nukes.
