Why haven't we been hearing more of this? Blasting the obstructionist Republicans for blocking a bill that will lower taxes for most small businesses, while talking about the long term economic plans of the administration including high speed rail and green energy technology.

I so hope that he keeps doing speeches like this between now and 2010. Perhaps there is even a political benefit for him to be the bad cop. Regardless, I hope he keeps it up! He went from being very silent to turning into a bulldog.
