The video basically talks about public housing complexes that were torn down after Katrina to replace with multi use housing that would be used as subsidized as well as private funded use.

The problem is that the Mixed use housing construction and development is slow moving and the supply of subsidized housing is likely to fall short.

There is not enough affordable housing in lower income areas of New Orleans.
