This is still valid today.
They edited out the song in the video(I suspect for copyright reasons) but here is a vintage recording of Frank singing the very song.

1. 1945 I remember

Watching the short movie and that great song at the Amo Theater on the south side of Chicago in 1945,it was a timely song then and even more so today.
