For years Republicans have been blocking everything that would be make America better. They have become know as the Party of No, of the filibuster, the do nothing Party, but the one hope has been if they got back into power that they would roll up their sleeves and go back to work. After all millions of Americans are suffering. Despite that Republicans have no intention of serving the American people, they are more interested in a petty vendetta for having lost election. This do nothing Party is planning on going from the Party of No to the Party of Impeachments.

1. That's two rec's from me tonight.
Caught your troll thread too.

Welcome to DU.

Politics is theater, not governance. No doubt what makes the right worse is their capacity to interact as the most toxic of fourth grade bullies on the school lunch yard. The branches of government have aptly demonstrated a desire to pave the path for the affluent to gain further ground on what little remains. In number, they are but one tenth of one percent of the population in the country, yet possess control of better than 90% of the nation's wealth. If they're not satisfied with the share they've got, which they don't appear to be, they won't stop til all but what they represent is all that is.

After more than two centuries we just get lulled back into a monarchy and we're not supposed to take notice? The multi faceted conditioning have been mighty effective by and large, but I've got to hope they hope for too much. Give a hoot, reboot.

2. Ever hopeful
I do think that if we took all the money out of elections and financed those candidates that could get on the ballet and win primaries, we would see two things; 1) a shorter election cycle and 2) more honesty and equality. Of course I base this on hope and hope alone. Good night. oh and thank you for the Recs

3. I like the sound of all that
But I don't see what the Reps could impeach Obama for, but I didn't see what they could impeach Clinton for either.

4. That is the problem
They will waste all the time that should be spent on repairing the Nation.
