supporting the so called "center" against the constitution and the rule of law. That is how countries lose their freedom.

Why in the living hell would he think such a thing? And what political reason would have prompted him to say it? I've got that nauseous feeling one gets prior to throwing up.

Instead of talking about non-issues like the so called "terror mosque" we could all be talking about the investigation and trials of the war criminals Bush, Cheney, Rummy and Wolfie. Instead of prosecutions for war criminals he praises them. No wonder people are turned off and tuned out.

11. President Obama has a handicap when discussing the Iraq war

The handicap is caused by the support those surrounding him gave the war in the beginning, including the ex Senator Clinton, who, as a politician serving powerful lobbies, supported the war because her sponsors wanted the war to happen. The Democrats, unfortunately, did not oppose the war in the beginning, and this makes it very difficult for President Obama, who did oppose it, to criticize the Republicans about this point. The war, of course, was a disaster. The continuing occupation is a disaster. But this is something the American people do not hear about.
