3. I strongly disagree with Keith Olbermann on this.
Americans have a First Amendment right to burn books that offend them, and to burn flags, even their own. What are the men in Afghanistan and Iraq fighting for if not to support this First Amendment right among our other rights?

The best way to help our troops is to ignore the idiots on Fox News and this preacher who do things intentionally to offend people of who hold an different religious belief than their own.

Keith Olberman and all those who are going on and on about this incident are the ones endangering our troops.

Do I think that nut should burn the Koran? No. Is it his right to burn the Koran or the Bible or, for that matter our own Constitution? Yes. And protecting that right is the reason we have a military.

I am really offended that Keith Olbermanb has been so easily taken in by this strategy which is to get those who advocate for human rights and the right to free speech to violate their principles and advocate for denying the preacher the right to burn the Koran.

Let the preacher burn whatever he wants to burn in the privacy of his church. Give him absolutely no publicity, no press time, for his nasty actions.

4. Olbermann and Koran burning
I don't think the nutty preacher is advocating for free speech rights. He is simply interested in creating animosity against Muslims. Perhaps the most rationally expedient solution would be for some environmentalists to arrive at the scene and offer to recycle the unwanted scriptures. Some investigatory documentary film makers might want to be present to film the exchange between the right wingers and the those of us who want to save the planet.

5. Perfectly said JDPriestly!
Why is there no O'Reilly shouting 'Cut the mic'?

The more this priest is given air time the more jihadis are recruited.
