Robert Craft, mayor of Gulf Shores, opens West Beach Pass. This is a gateway to the most pristine estuary in Alabama; the only oil free area in left in the state. The mayor stated, "There's no indication of any contaminates coming in from the mouth of the Pass". We went to see for ourselves, you decide.

"Is it safe to swim in here?" The reporter asks this question over and over. No answer.

1. Excellent video, well done.
I loved the part with the beautiful night herons.

It's more obvious than ever that BP just wants to leave their mess in the waters. There's no real and really cosrly attempts to clean up the oil deposits.
