I think what it boils down to is that the lives of women are still not very important. Certainly the future life of the woman is not important.

But, you know, a lot of these idiots really believe that a woman cannot get pregnant if she is raped - that the fear or whatever keeps them from getting pregant.

If they wear Jeans, or anything that would turn a man on...well, the boys just can't help themselves.

Courts actually worked on that theory for most of our history...and it would be very easy to go back to the time when women were told, "If rape is inevitibal, just lay back and enjoy it."
