Wayne was so very supportive through my long emails and was fascinated by my story (thanks of course to Nance, too for listening). Wayne is an expert in the field tearing down the myth of 'praying away the Gay', and he is very well spoken, caring, and compassionate.

He found my story to be quite interesting, of my friend who went to be a model, and joined a church that brought in some wildly hysterical ex-gays to try and program the flock that you should just live a life without a partner if you couldn't be hetero and fully successful by finding an opposite sex spouse.


I recommend anyone who is silent, out of shame from family, or fear about belief issues, or has no one else to talk to, to write someone here on this site in the GLBT forum, or you can write me.
