Why on earth the Democratic Party is not duplicating the 50 state strategy, baffles me. A personality thing probably, ego gets in the way all to often. Howard Dean deserves a lot of credit for the success of the Democratic Party...

3. Howard has always been able to put it in concise terms

AND, he is an optimist, despite all that looks gloomy.

If he were to to regain his post as DNC chairman, even now, 6 weeks before the election, I'll bet he would save us ten House seats and two Senate seats, just because he's THAT good.

I've developed a real appreciation for Dr. Dean. This was a great segment, and it gives me hope for the future.

I am waiting to be laid off from my job. I had a recent health scare. I am feeling like there is no hope for this country.

And Howard Dean gives me hope.

Also, Dean's prediction of the elections: Reasonable optimism. I have been vacillating on deciding to vote because of my lack of enthusiasm for Obama (and a healthy "up yours" for all the "you want a pony" responses); Dean has influenced me to make the effort, along with my own political stance: I am not a Democrat, I am anti-Republican.
