Women can be every bit as venial as men. I had hoped that not having been as exposed to the crap men got a way with for years that there would have been a lifting ethic as uncorrupted women diluted the old boys club. But they were drug down into it, instead.

7. I'm really not saying this as Christian-bashing...

(And, trust me, I loves me some Christian-bashing), but it seems that these particular women are coming to their positions from a Christian orientation. It seems to me that they are not corrupted by a "traditional" lust for power. It seems that their drive for political position is pushed by their buck-shot proselytizing and religiosity.

Bonus hypocrisy: Christine O'Donnell is a multi-faceted hypocrite.
