3. Plus he said he never dabbled in witchcraft but as a younger man had nothing against...
and Jon Stewart stopped him. I about peed the chair laughing.

I love JC. He's still got it and he's 86.

4. But CNN puts this article up and says the country is
astounded by the fact that Carter said he was one of the best presidents. Didn't mention what he said about fox.

18. One of the best Presidents?
"By their works ye shall know them" Why not? Certainly one of the top tier among those who actually had souls.

10. Jimmy Carter is a good man. The right wingers were just as ugly to him, although
as he said, there was no Fox. Can you imagine if there had been. We should all be waging war against Fox. They are hurting this country with their lies and distortions. They totally control the GOP. Even when someone like Rove (who I despise) comes out with the truth about a GOP candidate, they jump all over him. It's pretty bizarre. I become extremely annoyed when I go into a business establishment and Fox is playing. People should start complaining.

12. J. C. is serving his country best
after all for all the grief the media had caused him, i.e., losing the reelection and getting knocked for being the one of the most ineffectual president ever. Good on him for outliving most of the presidents and detractors after him and can now tell the people what the real story is from his insider's vantage point as former POTUS. Pres. Carter has been a gift that kept giving.

15. They were a kinder, gentler FOX, but their perspective couldn't help but be driven by the top down
corporate/authoritarian dominated DC view of the world and nation.

Their reporting had the same effect but on a more subtle basis.

ABC dedicated every night; Day 1, Day 2 Day 3 Day 4 Day 5 Day 6 etc. etc. etc. to holding the nation; along with the Carter Administration hostage to Iran, giving that nation's angry populace a continuous soapbox to A. pummel Carter and B. piss off the American People.

In my book ABC is nothing but FOX lite to this day, but the same prime dynamic of corporate preference over the public good holds true with all of them.

Virtually every issue is considered or presented primarily from a corporate/consumer angle as opposed to a government/citizen perspective.

Tax rates on the mega wealthy have dropped dramatically since the days of the 60s; when the nation's economy was booming and the Middle Class was growing, yet the probable correlation never hits home with the corporate media, and there is a snowball's chance in Hell, they will report it from that angle.

14. Please, when watching videos you agree with,
go over to YouTube and 'Like' them AND vote up or down on the comments.
For this video, right now, the two most 'thumbs up' comments (always at top of comment list) call Pres. Carter "senile...stupid" and his supporters (to this one commenter) "Obama zombie"

Jimmy Carter is no longer running for anything, and you can't vote on getting a former president to no longer be one.
