2. I gotta say....No news here really.

Nobody should really be surprised that the Republican leadership takes this position. If I can quote Cenk......OF COURRRRRRSSSEEEEEEE!!!!! they will not hesitate to use reconciliation. I think that the real question should be why the Obama administration has squandered this 2 year window of opportunity and acted like they must never use reconciliation as if "The other party would not use it, so we shouldn't either". If the Obama administration had used it early and used it often, they would be gaining a shitload of seats. Instead, they may lose both houses as a direct result of "playing nice".
