This a little philosophy lesson from a youth group volunteering in the lower 9th ward, New Orleans.

Immediately after Hurricane Katrina some high school kids from NY decided to raise money and take the time to go down & volunteer.

Their first chaperon decided to STAY in the 9th ward and start a school.
Now these kids are in college, have passed on the leadership of NY2NO to current high school kids and they have formed another Non Hierarchical Youth organization bringing college kids to NOLA to volunteer.
