I especially pay attention to how municipalities have been sucked into these financial schemes. I'm watching and trying to convince my fellow council members about a local version of this right now.

I can't learn enough fast enough to point out the risks we're being asked to take on. It's stunning and it's REAL.

Here's this seed of irresponsibility telling us to SUCK IT UP? Huh... what MUST it take to work ones' way up from floor sweeper to a demented billionaire without a conscience? Can this be any more VILE?
