I think that all the secret wiretap, privacy destroying, sneaky, underhanded, unconstitutional crap that was left over from the Bush administration that hasn't been repealed after a year can now belongs the the Obama Administration.

Welcome to the land of "executive privilege." Sooner or later, no matter whose side you think should have it, that bogus power will fall into the hands of the other side. If you don't think they should have it, you shouldn't be eager for anyone to have it.
