16. Another old lady with lots of experience in life who believes

there is a very good chance that Andrew Shervill may be gay. Why else would he be concerned about this matter at all? I did not know that alumni tried to participate in the student government of their alma maters in this way. Poor Andrew. He needs to get a life.

I'll bet that he has no children, few real friends and doesn't even like himself very much. I hope some really nice guy befriends him and they live happily ever after. Andrew deserves a better life than being a guilt-ridden wanna' be Christian. Jesus forgave sins. Andrew needs to feel forgiven for being born who he is. How sad.

seriously here, wish Obama had actually performed miracles in 2 years, wish Kennedy were still alive and kicking as a Senator, wish the 60 vote majority we elected to the Senate had held for all of 2 years.

We have lots of reasons why we are not "happy campers" with what has happened since the 2008 election, but we cannot fault Obama, or our fellow Dems with such an horrific position we find ourselves in this fall.

Maybe not him alone, but clearly the administration and the people that he has surrounded himself with led us to this point. Even now with the "Kick the Hippie" approach is mindboggling. It definitely seems like we went down so many roads that seemed very clearly avoidable and we are now paying the price. There really is no reason that we should be in this horrific potion that we are in, IMHO. As you said, there are lots of reasons we are not "happy campers", but I don't feel as though this was inevitable by any stretch of the imagination.

I look forward to any lawsuits that student initiates, he's probably so smart and so caring about his studies and his fellow students, (who, by the way, don't give a crap if he's gay) that this young student is probably planning to ignore this harassment until AFTER he graduates and gets a job or grad school. That would be the wise course for the student, just do his thing and then later sue this attorney (and the attorney's church) out of house and home, and win a multi million dollar settlement.
