the term 'nazi' effectively distances the rightwing from its extremists. 'conservative' is on the other side, the good. But most important is that the word 'rightwing' (rightwing means 'privilege of the few' go before the leftwing 'needs of the many') is left out- you can see by plain definition why Glenbeck etc use 'nazi' or 'survivalist' to hide the fact they all support the same basic idea.
