The above link is the FEC's filing page for electioneering communications. This video said the FEC isn't involved with such expenditures, but this can't be the case since you can view the filings on the FEC's page. The overall premise of this video is still good, especially when you consider that September expenditures of these corporate fronts were almost triple the September of the previous midterm cycle in '06.
