There are such "patriotic 'Murikans," yet the GOP is aggressively seeking foreign support--and money--to influence American elections.

2. Terrorist-Coddling Republicans?

There are several issues of concern here that need to be addressed:

1) Is it against the law? (it is)
2) Is there enough evidence to open a full scale investigation (issue search warrants, wiretaps, etc.)?
3) In addition to possible foreign money could that money also be funneled to the Republican CoC by terrorist organizations through foreign Islamic owned companies/intermediaries and should the Department of Homeland Security invoke the Patriot Act to speed the investigation along?

The American people need to know if foreign oligarchs and Islamic Terrorists are trying to buy any quid pro quo from the Republican Party. We know for a fact they have done this before, i.e., done business with America’s enemies (Iran); where they traded military hardware for cash and redirected that cash to terrorists in direct violation of the law.

It has also been widely suspected (but never officially proven) that the 1980 Reagan election campaign negotiated with Iran to hold the American hostages past election day in 1980, so as to prevent a Carter “October Surprise”. The fact that they had a later communications conduit to get the I-ran Amok thing going is some strong circumstantial evidence here.

Plus the fact that one of the alleged intermediary in the “October Surprise” incident (William Casey) died from a Soviet style “hit you with a small pellet and cause-a-brain-tumor” death is quite alarming. I just saying.

getting funds from China for his campaigns? Guess that it's okay if it's a Republican doing it ...

This gets really spooky! Blunt is running for the Missouri Senate seat vacated by Kit Bond. Attack ads against Robin Carnahan have been appearing regularly on TV and the internet with increasing frequency. I get anti-Carnahan ads when I log into the WeatherUnderground site.
