The incident happens at 0.23 - This security breach has the Secret Service investigating how close the President came to danger. This was quite the event in Philly. Other images showed a naked man being led away in handcuffs by police. In August a wacky billionaire (Alki David - a shipping and bottling magnate) offered $1million to the first person who streaks in front of our US President. He promised to pay out the cash providing the streaker writes the name of his website Battlecam across their chest (which the man did).

The naked man yes, he was promoting something but there was no book thrown at anybody. My husband took hundreds of pictures wile I had the eye on all the speakers and we were in front so we would have seen any/all incidents.

The woman theatrically shielding her eyes, reminds me of a Bernini fountain, Quattro Fiume in the piazza Navona where the figures shield their eyes from the "ugliness" (in the eye of Bernini) of a facade of a church by arch rival architect Borromini; as legend would have it.
