9. It's typically been progressive, not necessarily "Democratic"

Mostly in Madision/Milwaukee, though. Milwaukee was/is the largest American city to elect three Socialists to their community's top job. We've been a swing state the past few presidential elections and have had some notable asshole Republican governors (like Tommy Thompson :puke:). We're definitely an "interesting" electorate.

12. Russ got a rousing round of applause, standing ovation, for this in Milwaukee on Wednesday.

His biggerst cheers of all were for his support of health care reform. Other Dems should note Russ running on not from healthcare reform - and getting huge props for doing so.
