This Tea Party climate has so emboldened these people (racists) to show their true colors.
Then they learn that the rest of their community finds that grossly unacceptable.
Then they turn tail and run, but the damage has already been done.

Let's keep it up! If you are confronted by someone saying something racist,
prejudiced, or bigoted, call them out to their face.

And don't accuse them of being a racist (since you know full well that some of their best friends are Black, Hispanic, etc).
Rather accuse their behavior. Tell them that what they said or did was inappropriate.
You cannot read someone's mind, but you sure can hear what they say and see what they do.

Kill the buzz, rock the boat, make them feel bad, embarrass them.
Because they totally deserve it.
