Seriously, this is disgusting... the guy worked for Dick Armey, not surprisingly. And I actually learned about the concept of a voter boycott (or a "voto en blanco" in protest) in Argentina. In Latin America, it IS often used as a real form of political protest, most recently in Honduras, where non-voters marched on the streets and faced violence from the military dictatorship. But that's clearly not the case here, this isn't the kind of organized voter boycott that would make a statement, it's just an obvious attempt to suppress the Latino vote.

I love the look on his face when they ask him about his treasurer. Priceless.
