I am calling out every so called environmentally conscious celebrity, environmental groups, politicians - ANYONE who has the guts to come down and see the truth FOR YOURSELF - If you are satisfied with being spoon fed lies and propaganda then stay home and drink your Koolaide like a good little sheep but if you REALLY want to see how deep the rabbit hole goes then give me a call or email me and come see REALITY....

But, but, but--that would mean cognitive dissonance! That would mean wrapping my docile little mind around the fact that our government is complicit with Big Pollution (BP)!

Your environment is just one of many that must contend with BP's toxic spill. I remember when I stopped going to Galveston to swim in the Gulf--the FIRST time big globs of tarry oil hit our coast (I was in college). I went into the water just past waist deep, and I had to get out fast. I had little balls of tar inside my suit, which caused burning and itching (AND smelled foul). Back then, however, no one appreciated just how toxic is an oil spill--at least, none of my friends and family appreciated just how bad it was. I know better now.

That was a great presentation and I hope you get the support from the "environmentalists" that you named. Truthfully the only one I see showing up is good old Jesse Ventura.

4. Until we get the media back to reality, I see no hope.

As long as almost all TV and even PBS/NPR keep regarding/supporting the RW certifiably insane, there is no hope of mental health returning to this country. I must say, back in 2008, I was for Kucinich and/or Dean for the very fact that these men know what ethics means, have personalities that are readable for lying or being coersed to lie, and a totally different reaction to things like this was more likely. The country seems to be losing the chess game because the corp criminals have stacked the deck over decades. The Pres is not one to step out very far, nor is he readable or willing to provide transparency. It's probably too late and all the demonstrating on DC will not sway the powerful (which is not the Pres apparently). The powerful are sub-human in their savagery.

of the American People is about as long as the next news cycle, and that excludes the substantial minority of those who never knew about the spill in the first place.
