(You wouldn't think I would have to tell actual Democrats this).
Happy Halloween, everybody watching, friend, foe, and in-between! Weird Liberal Head reports the news of the day, including the whole Meek/Clinton/Crist drama and the North/South Korean border shootings, and talks about how Democrats can win the midterms- by getting out the VOTE: if we can get even 60% or two-thirds of registered Democrats to vote, we've won the midterms, no matter how many Independents and Republicans vote. If we can get 70% to three-quarters of registered Democrats to vote, we've won by a landslide- another Democratic wave election.
Do not forget to vote this election day, and tell all of your Democratic friends to vote too. What could be scarier than this Halloween? How about the Grand Chinese Republican Tea Party winning both houses of Congress? How about the White House? How about Speaker of the House John Boehner?
Please leave questions and comments. Inappropriate comments will be deleted. Also, please rate and subscribe. Thank you!
Note: The Washington State Tea Party violence I was talking about-

1. weird liberal head
I just want to comment on your videos in general. You are obviously enthusiastic and keep up on current political events. I think it is great that a young person shows such interest in political goings on. You are intelligent and thoughtfully informed. I hope that other young persons are listening to you on youtube as it is important to get the word out thru all avenues. It is a shame that more DUers are not more supportive through comments, etc. I am a 59 yo Liberal Democrat and enjoy seeing your contributions, even though you present yourself...um...weirdly.

2. Thank you, and welcome to DU!
I am well informed. CNN, while right-leaning, is one of my favorite sources, along with MSNBC.
Not many people my age are interested in politics, they are more interested in football right now...
Quite a few young people are listening to me on Youtube, but most of my viewers are around your age, 35-54 (still relatively young, though).
I am certainly trying to get the word out, and I am doing it on YT, DU, and perhaps some other sources...
Many DUers are "loyal viewers", but many simply do not get my show, it is too "weird" as you describe it, new and unprecedented. Wait a few years. This will be one of the most popular things on DU.
Thank you, once again! Welcome to DU, happy Halloween! Hope to see you commenting on future videos...
