The US Chamber of Commerce has launched a full attack against America’s civil justice system, and the attorneys and advocates who help consumers. And they are winning. Even with the unprecedented numbers of pharmaceutical and consumer product recalls, environmental disasters, and corporate misconduct in America, people still think that corporations are working to make their lives healthier and happier. Mike Papantonio talks with Linda Lipsen, the CEO of the American Association for Justice, about why we need to fight back against the Chamber and work to build a stronger civil justice system in America.
