2. Bush should've said we're killing ass in Iraq.

A 5 year old could've spoken better in Australia. The only person who talks of 'kicking ass' is a schoolyard BRAT. We should all hit the streets and protest before this remarkably stupid and dangerous man gets us into Iran.

The United States Constitution is in jeopardy. The Bush Administration — and most blatantly, Vice President Cheney— continue to disregard our civil liberties. Over the past few months I have come to the decision that legislation to impeach Vice President Cheney is necessary. I have co-sponsored a bill in the US Congress to that effect (Read the bill).

Important issues we face continue to need addressing:

As the casualty count in Iraq and Afghanistan rises, so too does the Bush Administration’s resistance to ending this needless and relentless war;
Homelessness is on the rise;
Accessible healthcare has become a luxury unaffordable to more Americans everyday;
Global warming not only threatens our children’s futures – it affects us here and now.

These issues are bigger than any one of us. I say this not to instill fear, but to call you to action, to remind you that YOU CAN MAKE A DIFFERENCE. My responsibility is to bring your concerns, ideas and voices to Washington as your elected representative. Please use this newsletter as a forum and give me your feedback. Your voice is vital to the democracy we hold so dear. Together we can responsibly change the perilous course our current administration has put us on.

7. A shame Reid already has his mind made up to continue funding it

"Attention...2 nuclear warheads dropped by accident on Baghdad has completely wiped the city out. Bush contends it is a sing the surge is working and ask for an additional 500 billion to continue the surge. HARRY REID CLAIMS THAT SINCE THEY CAN'T GET 60 VOTES TO WITHDRAW OUR TROOPS HE RECOMMENDS THE PRESIDENT CONSIDER WITHDRAWING THEM SOMETIME IN THE FUTURE (radiation allowing)AND RELUCTANTLY APPROVES THE NEW FUNDING REQUEST."

No matter the reality of the situation in Iraq, Reid is still going to fund it and give Bush what ever he asks for. The dems don't need 60 votes to get Bush to withdraw

The republicans need 100 votes to continue funding the occupation.
The dems have what Bush wants...Not the other way around.

If Reid and senate democrats would just shut up, sit down and do nothing, Bush would be forced to start withdrawing our forces.
The senate dems have all the aces if they would just start playing them.
