8. Actually the Tester anmendment which,was added on, will protect the ability of small

farmers to produce and sell locally. Did you read the article? There will be increased regulations on the big producers (the ones having most of the food contamination problems) and those making less the 500,000 in a year will not have to follow the same rules (which to enforce, would cost way too much for the small farmers).
